For the racers that need the best. They need high strength components which are lightweight, durable, and super sturdy. Everybody knows how fast these things can go with the brushless motors or other options like the Baja motor. Push some juice to these power plants and your Mini T can top in the 30 mph range.

Pushing this type of high performance thresh hold requires a serious chassis upgrade. Start from the skeleton up, and build your hop ups around a solid and sturdy core with which to keep everything in place. The GPM Heavy Duty Hybrid Chassis offers features that NASA would envy.

Problem: The weak stock plastic chassis Team Losi provides snaps at the whim of any wreck, and withstands minimal amounts of torture. I've personally seen one guy break 3 chassis in a single week. The fact is, the stock Mini T chassis is underdeveloped.; a serious problem for Mini T owners who give their Mini T any form of performance or speed upgrade. Real world testing: We mounted this setup on a Mini T, and drove it at approximately 15 MPH into a wall head on with zero chassis damage. (The bumper was a bit tweaked but..hey, what can you expect :) This chassis is built like a tank.

Rigid aluminum posts support the battery top tray, and recessed and beveled screw inputs offer a secure mount for your new system. Heavy duty steering posts and hardware finish off the setup nicely.
