Ok Savage fans; here it is. There has never been a more essential upgrade for the Savage. Jump your Savage or drive it through tall grass, rough terrain, and/or unpredictable area? Ever drive over rocks, branches or other objects? Protect your trucks vital organs! :)
Everybody knows the HPI Savage is one of the best, toughest designed Nitro trucks around. However, one vulnerability the designers left open was the undercarriage section. Your highly exposed disk brake, Spur Gear, and other expensive components all remain unprotected on the stock Savage truck. Check out the prices to replace these parts if they are damaged! this investment is essential and I my opinion one of the most important of all.
This THICK (3 mm) yet light weight Silver GPM 6061 Aluminum mid section skid plate will protect all of your mid section, as well as add rigidity to your chassis, helping maintain your trucks integrity at high speeds. This plate is FAR thicker than the others I've seen selling for less. It will also help your slide over long objects, and avoid objects that are protruding upward toward the vehicle as its moving. EVERYTHING YOU SEE IS INCLUDED. Its easy to install and well worth the time. Note: Some assembly/disassembly may be required. I recommend also buying the GPM front and rear skid plate so all parts fit together smoothly. I will be carrying these items soon.

As always, I promise my fellow Savage fans that I will never charge the outrageous retail prices people ask for these parts. (Mid section can get up to about 27.00!!) I am an RC fanatic, and I believe that we should all have the best parts for our cars and trucks for CHEAP!
