RETURN POLICY
MP3 and MP4 Players and
Electronics–
Megaventures Corp. will
gladly accept a return of any MP3 or MP4 player that meets the following
criterion:
1.)
The unit is in returned and received
by us in new condition. This means that the product does not show any signs of
use, misuse, mishandling, abuse, etc. 100% of its original packing materials
must also be returned along with the product. This includes the device, and
accessories, original plastic wrapping, etc.
2.)
Returns must be accompanied by a
copy of the email letter you sent requesting the return or replacement, your
full name and address, your email address, and a copy of the paypal receipt
showing the total amount you paid with shipping.
3.)
The original return request email or
phone call must have been post dated before 7 days have past from E-delivery
confirmation. This means, if you buy your player on Dec. 30th, and we
ship on Jan 1st, ad the USPS shows you received it on Jan 3rd, and
then you send us an email letting us know the player is non functional on Jan 5th,
you have successfully met this requirement for return. Emails and phone calls
requested past 7 days from the e-delivery confirmation date will not be granted.
4.)
Units that have arrived damaged to a
customer, require immediate notification via email or phone letting us know that
the unit was damaged during shipping. The time period for this is 48 hours from
E-delivery confirmation receipt. Units that are damaged and do not meet the 48
hour notification will not be granted a refund.
5.)
Defective units, or malfunctioning
or improperly operating units, also follow the 2nd return policy
rule. If the unit is found to be defective before 7 days have past of the
e-delivery confirmation date, it may be returned for replacement or refund. We
do not accept any type of refund or return for any player that has been deemed
disassembled, tampered with, or attempted to be repaired by anybody other than a
MEGAVENTURES or vendor related qualified and pre-approved specialist. Most units
have a tamper quality sticker/seal. If this is removed, the unit is then deemed
tampered with and the unit is non-qualifying for a refund. No exceptions will be
made here.
6.)
Megaventures Corp does not charge
any type of restocking fee. However, we do not reimburse any Ebay fees, Paypal
Fees, or Shipping costs that the customer ensures from their purchase. This
means if you buy an item for 100.00 and the shipping cost is 2.00, and you send
the unit back to us for a refund, you will receive 100.00 sent from Megaventures.
Any fees that Paypal takes out of this return we are not responsible for. The
customer is ultimately responsible for all shipping costs.
7.)
Returned merchandise must be shipped
in a well packaged and well protected shipping container. It is highly
recommended that you purchase insurance to protect your units transportation
back to us.
8.)
Should we find that a unit was
returned, in inadequate shipping materials, and if there is damage to the unit
beyond its original stated condition, Megaventures reserves the right to charge
a 15% damaged goods fee.
9.)
All returns are processed as soon as
possible. In most cases this means that we will process the return or
replacement within 5 days from the time we received the unit back to us.
10.)
Megaventures works with the customer
to assist in any way possible, and we work hard to maintain our excellent
customer satisfaction rating. In unusual circumstances not covered above in the
return policy, Megavetures will try to please the customer as best as possible.
RC Car and Truck Hobby
Parts
1.)
The unit is in returned and received

Megaventures does not provide a
replacement warrantee for snapped, bent, tweaked or abused parts. You may feel
free to contact the manufacturer for additional replacement requests, but GPM
and INtegy have the same exact policy. Parts that are damaged during racing, or
regular use will not be replaced. Much like if you buy a Ford truck, take it to
the sand dunes, and then bend the chassis, Ford will not be held responsible for
replacing your chassis. The buyer assumes all responsibility for parts they have
damaged, as this is the nature of the RC industry respectfully. Drive your
vehicle responsibly or pay the price!
5.)
If you notice that the part you
received is damaged, you must contact us immediately for a full item refund. See
RC Car and Truck Hobby Parts Replacement Policy Item #3.
6.)
Megaventures Corp does not charge
any type of restocking fee. However, we do not reimburse any Ebay fees, Paypal

the case for your damaged part, we will send you it free of charge. So, it
doesn’t hurt to email us and ask :)
Soldering Irons
1.) The base unit is warranteed for 3 years from
date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The wands, and tips, sponge, etc
(which are consumables) are warranteed for 30 days from purchase.
2.) All other Electronics wrarantee measured noted
above apply.
